Kitchen and Laundry Repair Around Willow Bend
Willow Bend wraps around Gleneagles Country Club. A 2006 D Magazine neighborhood profile placed it east of the Dallas North Tollway and west of Preston Road, between West Parker Road and West Park Boulevard, in Plano ISD. ALAS is an independent company with its office on W Park Blvd in Plano.
The neighborhood took shape in the late 1980s on what had been the Willow Bend Polo and Hunt Club, built by restaurateur Norman Brinker. If your kitchen has built-in or panel-ready appliances, send us the make and model along with your request. That lets us confirm we can service the unit and helps the technician come prepared.
We repair refrigerators, wall ovens, ranges, cooktops, wine coolers, dishwashers and laundry machines. Refrigeration work on the sealed system, meaning the compressor and refrigerant circuit, carries a 12-month warranty.

Polo Grounds to Homes
Before the houses, this land belonged to the Willow Bend Polo and Hunt Club, which Norman Brinker built. Residential development began in the late 1980s, and the neighborhood grew up around the golf at Gleneagles.
Gleneagles Country Club, a private club, is at 5401 West Park Boulevard in the 75093 ZIP code.
Arbor Hills Next Door
Just west of the Tollway, Arbor Hills Nature Preserve (opens in a new tab) spreads across roughly 200 acres on West Parker Road. It has roughly three miles of paved trail, three miles of unpaved trail and a 2.8-mile off-road bike route.
The Former Mall Site
The Shops at Willow Bend opened in 2001 at West Park Boulevard and the Tollway as one of the last enclosed malls built in the country. The enclosed mall has since closed, and the site is the focus of a proposed Dallas Stars arena district.

Willow Bend Homeowner Questions
Yes. Gleneagles Country Club and the homes around it carry the 75093 ZIP, and we take appointments there throughout the week, including weekends. When you call or book online, include your street address and the appliance brand so we can schedule the visit.
Built-in refrigeration is part of the work we do, but models vary a lot, so send us the brand and model number first. On many built-ins, the rating plate sits behind the top or bottom grille or along an inside wall. We will confirm before the visit and give you a written estimate after diagnosis.
Compressor and refrigerant repairs are sealed-system work, and they carry a 12-month warranty for every customer. Most other repairs carry 90 days, or six months for ALAS members. The coverage that applies is listed on your invoice so you have it in writing.
Clear a path to the appliance and some room in front of it, and if a range or dishwasher is built into cabinetry, let us know about any custom panels. Write down what you have noticed, such as sounds, error codes or when the problem started. Those details help shorten the diagnosis.
