Repairs carry a 90-day warranty, 6 months for members, and sealed-system repairs carry 12 months.
We work with Frisco homeowners, property managers and businesses, from a single refrigerator in Phillips Creek Ranch to the walk-ins and cooking line of a restaurant at The Star.
Great experience with this company. The repairman totally took apart my freezer and tested the fans, and the control panel to diagnose the problem. He spent an hour and a half here. I’ll use them again if I need to in the future.

Shaun did a great job of cleaning our dryer. A large volume of lint had collected inside and was causing a loud noise. He explained what needed to be done and after doing a thorough job he explained the maintenance schedule we should follow going forward and how it would extend the life of the appliance.

Frisco Areas We Serve
ALAS serves homes and businesses across Frisco, including the Downtown Rail District, Frisco Square, Starwood, Stonebriar, Phillips Creek Ranch, Newman Village, Richwoods, Frisco Lakes and Hollyhock, covering ZIP codes 75033, 75034, 75035 and 75036, plus the Frisco portion of 75068. Enter your ZIP code to confirm service at your address.
Many newer two-story Frisco homes, in communities like Phillips Creek Ranch and Hollyhock, have upstairs laundry rooms and long dryer vent runs that collect lint quickly.
Is it the dryer or the vent? If loads take much longer than they used to, start with the vent. A dryer vent cleaning often fixes it and lowers fire risk. If the vent is clear, the dryer needs a diagnosis.
Many larger Frisco homes, from Starwood and Stonebriar to Newman Village, have built-in wine coolers and undercounter ice machines in kitchens, wet bars and outdoor kitchens.
Is it the cooler or the cabinet? Built-in units need open front vents. Clear anything blocking the grille and check that the door seals fully. If it still runs warm, the cooler needs a diagnosis.
With the laundry room on the second floor in many newer Frisco homes, a washer leak can reach the ceiling below within minutes.
What should I do first? Turn off the hot and cold supply valves behind the washer, unplug it if the outlet is safe to reach, and soak up the water to protect the ceiling. Then call us to find the source.
For restaurants at The Star, around Stonebriar Centre and in the Downtown Rail District, a walk-in drifting above the FDA Food Code limit of 41°F puts product and inspections at risk.
What should I do while I wait? Keep the door closed, record the temperature and time, move high-risk product to working refrigeration, and don’t chip ice off the coil. After-hours emergency service is available for an added fee.
