Service for condos, lofts, apartment towers, restaurants and hotels in downtown Fort Worth, from Sundance Square to the Water Gardens. You get a written estimate before any work.

Downtown is where I-35W, I-30, SH 121 and US 287 come together, with the Trinity River along its northern side and the Tarrant County Courthouse at the north end of Main Street. People live here in condos and lofts around Sundance Square and in towers such as The Tower, which became a residential building in 2005. Hotels, restaurants and offices fill the blocks in between.
In a downtown building, the logistics can matter as much as the appliance. Tell us about loading zones, elevator reservations, the parking garage you use or a front desk that has to approve contractors, and we will plan around those rules before the technician heads your way.
In residences we repair refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves and washers and dryers, whether full-size or stacked. For restaurants and hotels we work on reach-in refrigerators, ice machines, commercial dishwashers and cooking equipment. Every job starts with a diagnosis, and nothing is repaired until you approve the written estimate.
