Repair for West 7th apartments, nearby homes and the restaurants and venues around the museums, Will Rogers Memorial Center and Dickies Arena. Diagnosis first, then a written estimate.

Across the Trinity River west of downtown, the Cultural District is bounded on three sides by the river’s two forks, with Montgomery Street forming part of its edge. In 1986 it was expanded north to White Settlement Road. The West 7th development, on blocks around Foch, Crockett, Currie, Norwood and Morton, fills the space between Montgomery Plaza and the museums, and Trinity Metro’s Dash links both areas with downtown.
West 7th went up in phases in 2009, 2011 and 2014, with four stories of apartments over ground-floor shops on several blocks, while Arlington Heights to the west is a historic neighborhood of bungalows and older homes. For an apartment visit, let us know whether the property manager must approve entry and where a service vehicle may park. Kitchens that serve crowds at Will Rogers or Dickies Arena can tell us their event schedule so the visit lands at a workable time.
In homes and apartments we fix washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers and vent hoods. For commercial kitchens we service ice machines, reach-in refrigerators and kitchen exhaust hoods. A diagnosis and written estimate always come before the repair.
