Reset the washer
Unplug the washer for about 5 minutes, then plug it back in and try again.
Reduce the load
Remove some laundry. For heavy bedding, use the bedding or duvet cycle.
Check for objects in the drum
With the washer unplugged and empty, turn the drum by hand and look and listen for anything caught. Remove coins or objects with pliers or tweezers.

LG Washer LE FAQs
LE is a motor lock error. The washer tried to turn the drum and couldn’t, usually because of an overload, a stuck object or a motor or sensor fault.
Yes. LG lists overloading as a common cause. Remove some laundry and use the bedding cycle for heavy items.
If the load is light and nothing is caught in the drum, the motor, its sensor, wiring or the control board likely needs diagnosis.
No. Stop using it if LE keeps returning. Forcing the motor can make the damage worse.
